Introducing South Park House
Olive House
Nestled in the leafy suburb of South Croydon, South Park House is a beautiful three-storey home providing a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment for up to four children and young people aged 8–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Thoughtfully designed to feel like a true home, South Park House offers space for each child to grow, heal, and thrive. With a large back garden, a vibrant vegetable patch, and a chicken coop to inspire connection with nature, every element of South Park House has been created to spark curiosity, build resilience, and empower children on their journey toward brighter futures.
Willow House
Located right next door, Dove Tree House has been lovingly designed for up to four children and young people, aged 8-17, who need a little extra support, including those with neurodivergent needs and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) in place. This beautiful three-storey home offers a calm, structured, and highly supportive environment, where every child is celebrated for who they are. With a strong focus on individualised care and therapeutic living, Dove Tree House is a place where children are gently supported to gain independence at their own pace. When ready, they can seamlessly step down into South Park House—just next door—continuing their journey in a familiar and caring community.
"Where Every Child’s Journey Begins with Care, Courage, and Possibility — Enquire Today."
We’re now open for enquiries from commissioners and social workers who are looking for a caring, high-quality home for children aged 8–17. Our two neighbouring houses in South Croydon offer something special — a nurturing environment where children with emotional and behavioural needs, or those needing a little extra support with neurodivergence and DoLS, can grow, heal, and move forward at their own pace. If you’d like to chat about a placement or arrange a visit, please get in touch — we’d be delighted to explore how we can work together to support the young people in your care.
