Team Planning Session

Team Leader

Location: Canterbury, Kent
Salary: £15.25 - £18.00 / Hour

We are looking for both experienced Team Leaders and ambitious support workers who are ready to take their next step, to join our growing team across our homes in Kent and South London. Our Team Leader roles span Trial Team Leader through to Advanced Team Leader, with pay benchmarked against experience,

​qualifications and leadership competence. Sleep-in rate: £60 per night — one ofthe highest rates in the sector.
